Freshness & Allergen Notice
- Peak Quality: For the best flavour and texture, we recommend enjoying your treats within 4 weeks of delivery.
- Allergy Warning: Please review all ingredients before placing your order. While we take extreme care in the custom-packing and handling of all products, our sweets are sourced from facilities that handle milk, nuts, wheat, gluten, soy, and eggs. We cannot guarantee that any item is 100% free from traces of these allergens due to potential cross-contamination during manufacturing or packing. A full list of ingredients for any product is available upon request.
1. General Information
- We are a UK-based business providing curated and custom-packed sweet selections.
- These terms apply to all orders placed through our website.
- By purchasing from us, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or guardian.
2. Products & Descriptions
- All product descriptions, images, and pricing are provided as accurately as possible to reflect the curated selections we offer.
- Colours, shapes, and exact sweet combinations may vary depending on wholesaler stock availability.
- We reserve the right to substitute an item with a similar alternative of equal value if a specific sweet is unavailable.
3. Custom & Curated Orders
- Custom Mixes: These are assembled to order and require additional preparation time (see delivery information on our site).
- Once a custom order has been prepared or packed, it cannot be changed or cancelled due to the bespoke nature of the selection.
4. Pricing & Payment
- All prices are listed in GBP (£) and must be paid in full at checkout.
- We reserve the right to update prices at any time.
- Payments are securely processed by our third-party provider, Stripe.
5. Shipping & Delivery
- Postage is charged at a fixed rate of £3.50 on all orders and sent via Evri (estimated 2–4 days).
- Preparation time is typically 2 days for curated mixes and 2–3 days for custom-select mixes.
- Delivery times are estimates only. We are not liable for delays caused by postal services, industrial action, or adverse weather conditions.
6. Returns & Refunds
- Due to the perishable nature of food products, we are unable to accept returns.
- Refunds are issued only for incorrect items or verified quality concerns, in line with our Refund Policy below.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, designs, and branding, is owned by Sugar Rush with Vicky and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for:
- Allergic reactions where the customer failed to request or review ingredient information.
- Damage caused by heat, transit conditions, or delays beyond our control.
- Incorrect delivery addresses provided by the customer.
Refund Policy

We want you to love your sweets. However, because our products are food-based and perishable, our refund policy is as follows:
1. Non-Returnable Items
In accordance with UK health and hygiene regulations, we cannot accept returns for:
- Opened or unopened sweet bags or tubs
- Custom-packed (bespoke) mixes
- Curated selections or seasonal products
2. Eligibility for Refunds or Replacements
We may issue a refund or replacement only in the following circumstances:
- Incorrect Items: If you receive a product significantly different from what you ordered (excluding minor stock substitutions).
- Quality Issues: If a product is unfit for consumption upon arrival (photographic evidence required).
- Non-Delivery: If your parcel is confirmed as lost by the courier following an investigation.
3. Reporting an Issue
You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery) at:

4. Cancellations
- Custom Orders: Once assembly or packing has begun, the order cannot be cancelled or refunded.
- Curated Orders: May be cancelled only if the order has not yet entered processing or packaging.
